About

This dinner is one of our favorite events of the year as it allows us a chance to simply thank you, our Wine Club Members, for being our most loyal customers. We hope you can join us! Enjoy a plated, 5 course dinner along with an exciting wine pair off, where you decide who paired the best wines! 2025 is our final showdown of the last three years, our Sales Manager, Jon Lane & Winemaker, Justin Fullerton, will go head to head to determine our official Champion!

Course 1

Appetizer: Roasted Meatballs with Pomegranate Orange BBQ Sauce.

Course 2

Salad: Citrus Herb with Mandarin Oranges, Scallion, Fresh Dill, Toasted Almonds, and Citrus Poppy Seed Vinaigrette.

Course 3

Entree: Chardonnay Marinated Chicken Breast with Balsamic Onions, Sautéed Portobello Mushrooms, and Goat Cheese Butter.

Side: Green Beans with Balsamic Reduction and Roasted Red Peppers.

Course 4

Dessert 1: Lemon Bars with Raspberry Sauce.

Course 5

Dessert 2: Classic Tiramisu.
