Join us Friday, November 17th from 6-8pm for another edition of our Friday Cork & Fork Series! Wine Tasting is a sensory experience, from the aromas & tastes in the wine to the company you are enjoying it with.
About
Our Aroma & Palate Course will explore some common wine aromas, wine faults, and how a variety of different foods can bring out different notes in our favorite wines.
Includes:
- Blind Smell test of 10+ common wine aromas – can you guess what your smelling?
- Four pours of wine to taste alongside samplings of umami, salty, acidic, & sweet bites- how does each item change your palate?
- Four pours of wine & the best of Thanksgiving dinner samples- which goes best & which will be your guest to Thanksgiving 2023?
